What is Merrowing an emblem?

After an emblem is embroidered, the edge needs to be finished. The simplest way to do this is by sewing a three thread emblem edge stitch with a Merrow MG-3U Emblem machine.

In 2012 Merrow introduced four styles of Emblem Edging Machines: the Classic, Velcro, Wide and Narrow. Once you choose the style you would like to offer your customers, the edging couldn't be easier.

Whether you're ordering pre-cut backings, or embroidering 100 at a time, the edging process should take no more than 5 seconds/emblem.
